Jack Peckham (
) is the Executive Director of the Real Estate CyberSpace Society.
He is the author of several books on marketing published by Prentice Hall and
Harcourt Brace Jovanovich. A columnist for the Boston Herald for nine years,
his syndicated columns have appeared in over 100 papers nationwide, A skilled
speaker and trainer, he has worked with real estate associations and
organizations in 44 states and several foreign countries. He served as
Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee of the 700,000 member National
Association of Realtors® (NAR) and Chairman of the NAR MIS Committee.
Jack loves to sell real estate has been involved directly in the sale of over
a BILLION dollars in Real Estate. Today he sells in his jeans and fuzzy
slippers as a one-man shop and closed over $40,000,000 in sales on the
Internet in 1998 in 20% of his working days. The balance he spends directing
the affairs of the Real Estate CyberSpace Society and conducting its one-day
designation seminar "Selling Real Estate in CyberSpace" on a nationwide basis.
The Society awards the RECS (Real Estate CyberSpace Specialist) Designation
to member attendees on completion of the Seminar.
His syndicated column "Selling in Cyberspace" appears in several publications
including the New England Real Estate Journal and the Florida Real Estate
Journal. He is a Past President of the Massachusetts Association of
Realtors® and has been honored as its Realtor® of the Year
