The National Association of Real Estate Consultants (NAREC) founder, Julie Garton-Good, has announced the release of her new e-Book, "Why Be a Real Estate Consultant?", in conjunction with the first professional designation training program held prior to the National Association of Realtors conference. All course registrants who attend the event sponsored by the Chicago Association of Realtors, (CAR), for November 1 and 2, 1001, will receive a copy of the new eBook.
CAR is the first association in the country to initiate the C-CREC training prior to the national trade group's convention. According to Julie Garton-Good, C-CREC, DREI, "Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultants are the new breed of real estate professionals. The C-CREC designees and their brokers are able to create new profit centers and multiple steams of revenue in their professional practice while assisting consumers reach their real estate goals."

The Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant (C-CREC) designation is awarded to real estate professionals who exemplify excellence in real estate consulting, recipients must complete course work, meet experience requirements, and demonstrate their ability to successfully analyze and address the needs of consumers in a variety of real estate applications.
The National Association of Real Estate Consultants was founded in 1999 to assist brokers and real estate professionals in reframing their focus as real estate consultants to better meet the needs of today's savvy consumer.
