The National Association of Real Estate Consultants (NAREC) has rescheduled C-CREC designation courses that were to have taken place last week in Toronto and Los Angeles.
According to NAREC founder, Julie Garton-Good, C-CREC, DREI, the C-CREC designation course for Toronto has been rescheduled for October 18 and 19 and the L.A. course is set for October 25 and 26. Online registration is available on their web site.
Garton-Good, said, "Due to consumer' needs in the current economic climate it is more important than ever that we provide training, resources and tools for real estate professionals who want to be competitive in the market place and offer fee for service real estate options to assist consumers." Garton-Good also stated, "it's my hope that our current National Association of Real Estate Consultants (NAREC) membership be especially sensitive to the needs of victims and relatives of last week's tragedy and waive initial assessment fees for those concerned about the safety and economic status of their homes."
The National Association of Real Estate Consultants was founded in 1999 to assist brokers and real estate professionals in reframing their focus as real estate consultants to better meet the needs of today's savvy consumer. With consumer-focused training tools like the Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant (C-CREC) designation the professional can analyze consumers' needs and deliver timely and cost-effective results-based solutions.
