The National Association of Real Estate Consultants (NAREC) founder, Julie-Garton-Good, C-CREC, DREI has announced an "industry first" as Common Wealth Title in Los Angeles, California committed to hosting a training opportunity for California real estate professionals in September at the Sequoia Athletic Club and Conference Center in Buena Park.
Common Wealth Title is the first organization in California to initiate the C-CREC (Consumer Certified Real Estate Consultant) professional designation training program for real estate professionals in their service area.
According to Garton-Good, "Consumer -Certified Real Estate Consultants are the popular, "new breed" of real estate professionals with more than 800 designees in the United States and Canada. They perform an in-depth analysis of the consumer's needs using an unbiased approach that's devoid of "selling" anything. The C-CREC can then assist the consumer in reaching desired results.
The course is popular with participating brokers as it has opened profit centers for them when utilized in conjunction with their existing business model. Other firsts for the NAREC organization include the first training outside the United States, in Toronto, Canada, the first real estate franchise organization-sponsored training (RE/MAX of Indiana) and the first NAREC Summit, held in Indianapolis earlier this year.
