Real Estate Gets Shipshape 2002

The Buyer's Agentsm, Inc. has announced that their company will be hosting an educational cruise for real estate licensees in February 2002. The five-day Caribbean Cruise will stop at ports in Grand Cayman and Ochos Rios, Jamaica. The cruise will be February 9th - February 14th, leaving and returning to Miami, Florida on the Carnival Imagination cruise liner.

Included with the Cruise will be two days of educational activities including 14 experts speaking on such topics as Procuring Cause Issues; How to Make Your Telephone Ring Without Yard Signs; How To Increase Revenues While Decreasing Expenses; Impact Of Banking On The Real Estate Industry; Broker Reciprocity AKA IPX; Will Fee For Services Survive Long Term?; The Effects Of One-Stop Shopping, and similar subjects of concern to today's real estate licensees.

Tom Hathaway, President of The Buyer's Agentsm, Inc. is known for having built The Buyer's Agent franchise company, for developing a variety of marketing concepts in the real estate industry, and for holding large real estate seminars in the late 80's and early 90's. According to Tom Hathaway, "The Buyer's Agentsm, Inc. anticipates that several hundred people will attend this cruise seminar". Hathaway says, "The timing and the price is right for this seminar to be a huge success. February is a great month for most real estate people to get away before the spring home buying rush begins" Hathaway went on to say, "There has never been as many new issues for real estate people to discuss and deal with at one time as there is today. Where else could you get training, and a vacation, for such an affordable price?"

The seminar registration fee is only $99. The cost of the cruise, if a $25 per person deposit is received by August 23rd, will be $688 per person for an outside cabin and $588 per person for an inside cabin. This cost includes all fees, meals and entertainment. The Carnival Imagination is fantastic. It is 855 feet long, 103 feet wide, has 9 deck levels, 3-pools, cruises at 21 knots, and has a guest capacity of 2,052 people and a total staff of 920.
