The first of its kind web-based software, Power Management Portal (PMP) provides real-time access to contact, listing, transaction, financial data and collaboration tools to the distributed universe of brokers, agents, teams, and their staff.

The result is a system that simplifies the implementation and use of advanced technology to an extent never before seen in the industry. The components include:
- Customer Management - a complete agent contact management system and
broker lead management and recruiting tool.
- Virtual Office Management - an office or team intranet with sophisticated
communication and collaboration tools that increase productivity,
efficiency, community and agent retention.
- Transaction Management - "one-click" creation of client sites that are
automatically populated with data from the Customer Management module.
- Financial Management - back office brokerage management that allows
performance data to be viewed by the agents through their Virtual Office
Management portal.

license by larger brokers and multiple listing services for installation on their own Internet or VPN servers.
